In 1999 the Society created its own Charitable Foundation to support local communities in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. The Building Society provides funding to the Charitable Foundation but it operates independently from the Society.
If you are a local charity or voluntary group and looking for funding for a capital project between £250 - £2,000, the Foundation may be able to help.
Four meetings are held annually and the board of five independent Trustees review every application individually. View our Map of Preferred Areas of Support to see if you meet our location criteria.
