Tracker Rates


By choosing a Tracker Rate, you have the certainty that whenever there is an increase or decrease in the Bank of England's Base Rate the rate on your mortgage will increase or decrease by the same amount.

Any change in the Tracker Rate will take effect from the 1st of the month following the Bank of England Base Rate change.

If the Society's Standard Variable Rate were to increase or decrease this would not impact upon the Tracker Rate.

The Society's current range of Tracker Rate products can be selected from the Tracker Rates menu.  Arrangement fees and early repayment charges may apply to these schemes - see individual product pages for details.
